Last weekend I attended a wedding in the beautiful capital of Latvia, Riga. The wedding was set in the most amazing grounds, with the lucky couple taking their vows underneath an altar by a huge lake surrounded by the woods. The setting was perfect, the weather was wonderful and it was a thoroughly fun day. The evening consisted of lots of dancing, vodka (!) and traditional Latvian games. The days either side of the wedding, we spent roaming the city, enjoying a drink in the sun and discovering a fantastic restaurant where you could select your stir-fry ingredients, your sauce and watch as the chef cooked it up for you!

On the evening of the 15th May I had the pleasure of photographing the parents of Upham Primary School at their annual Summer Ball to raise money for the school. The evening ran smoothly and I begun shooting formal portraits of couples and groups and then moved around the marquee later in the evening to capture more informal shots. Everybody seemed to have lots of fun, which you can see the photos reflect. 10% of all my proceeds went to the school and I donated a free sitting and photo to the silent auction. A very successful evening!

I recently had the honour of working with the fabulous jewellery designer Jacey Withers. He asked me to photograph his new collection for the Autumn/Winter of 2010. The pieces were all amazing, gorgeously designed and beautifully put together. We spent the day photographing on the roof of the building in the glorious sunshine! The photos are being used in a lookbook that will be sent out to various stylists and stockists and they will also be used on Jacey’s website.

As promised I have just added two new images to my website!

In recent months I have completed assignments for PR company PR Artistry. I was asked to do headshots of employees for their new website and below are some examples of this work. It was a pleasure working for this company and I hope to do more for them in the future.

I just arrived back from a long weekend in Prague. The city is stunning, with gorgeous architecture and period buildings. The food and drink is also superb, all at a reasonable price. It is a safe and pleasant city to walk around both during the day and of an evening, and occasionally you will stumble across a gem of a place hidden through a side passage away from the main hustle and bustle. The clock tower is definitely something worth doing if you have a chance, where you will be able to capture panoramic views of the city.

I have just added a new image to my website, it will be going in my beauty portfolio and more are on their way!

And now for the final four pieces of Jenni Bell’s jewellery…I have really enjoyed this commission and I am very happy with the resulting images.
